Rice Paper Printing
During a visit to Berkeley California I stepped into a Japanese paper making shop. The two women there hand made the most interesting papers from rice and other materials. The idea of working with organic materials once again struck my fancy. I purchased several sheets of the paper with no idea of what or how I could use them I only new that I wanted to print or paint something onto them.
Below are some examples of the rice paper before any Inkaid is applied.
